Successful government,Nam Alex,English Writing,Thursday 9.00

As in the many years ago, today our society has the same and huge amounts of questions what should a government do for a country to become a successful. And as one of the questioners I have my own views on the successful government. From my point of view there are three main principles should be followed.

First of all it is a well-developed institutional system, either it financial institution neither it is related to political institution. In order to prosper economically and play an essential role as an economic power over the world, government has to have well-founded financial institutions which goal is to regulate and control monetary circulation, bank's system, GDP level and so on in a proper way by providing the nation with all necessities for well-being and at the same time being able to compete internationally. Politician institutions have to be a supporter toward the financial institutions through well-worked out negotiations, diplomacy and various programs to maintain the sustainable development and peace as inside the country as outside the country. But institutions are not the only thing should be solved.

The next principle is the judicial system. The goal of this system is to work through check and balancing process within the country. The main goal is not only the creation of a perfect constitution and law, but to make the whole country, including itself and government to follow it at one hundred percent without bribe taking possibility. To tell in short, if you have a promise you must stick to it.

And the last principle is a being loyal and responsible for things anyone is doing. The government which are selected from the ordinary people by society's trust must be loyal and responsible toward it's country citizens. The government must do its job not for reasons of staying in power, but for common prosperity and glory. And on the other hand people must be loyal toward the government too, by doing hard any chosen job and participating in policy of its country. I would like to say, that the both must be a good talker and a perfect listener.

So, today our society is trying to struggle and challenge for better and successful government, by asking a plenty of questions. But from my personal point the answer is simpler as it seems to be, because we should just try to follow a few main principles perfectly.

  1. I like your writing because it is well organized and easy to understand. The words 'a good talker' and 'a perfect listener' struck me as powerful. I also think that the government must be both listener and talker.
I am not quite getting the meaning of the sentence 'either it financial institution neither it is related to political institution'.
Overall i really like your writing.

  5. Kazakhstan's holiday,Nam Alex,English Writing,Thursday 9.00

“Nauriz” is the traditional holiday of Kazakhstan. It is one of the ancient holidays on the planet, which was celebrated more than five thousand years. This holiday was prohibited in the 1926 during the USSR governance. And only in the 1988 year it was revived again. The “Nauriz” was recognized by the UN as an national holiday; the date when the day and the night are equal.
This holiday is a symbol of love, renovation and friendship for Kazakh people. From the ancient times people were cleaning their houses, planting trees and flowers. It was thought that if “Nauriz” comes to the clean house, where live good people, then illnesses and unfortune will pass by that house.
Cloth and invitation guests are an important element too. When this big holiday comes people wear their beautiful traditional cloth and invite each other to their homes by sharing a lot of traditional food. Cloth is usually made of expensive material and covered with unimaginably gorgeous ornaments. Even if people do not go to the somebody’s home they meet in the parks, on squares and say to each other “koktem tudi” which means “spring has come”.
Another thing which is carried out on “Nauriz” are competitions and number “seven”. When Kazakh people celebrate this big event, the number “seven” is required. The week includes seven days, which are the infinite numbers of the universe in the view of Kazakh people. Because of that reason people have to attend seven homes and invite seven guests on this day. Seven is a magic number for the Kazakh people. In addition to this unusual number various competitions are held including horse racing, poem competition, wrestling and others. The most interesting is “Aitis” which means poem competition and is accompanied with “Dombra” - national Kazakh guitar with only two strings. It makes no difference how old are you; anyone can take participation and be the best poet on that day. Only the person who praised the “goodness” at most can win. The “Aitis” is carried out till the sunrise.
So “Nauriz” is quite ancient holiday. It helps to remember our roots and to know who we are and by doing so it helps also to maintain the good relationship between other nationalities, because such holiday plays a key role of forgiveness and understanding each other like an UN which recognized it as an national holiday and as an organization which is for peace and understanding each other.
